Before Joining distriBind: Choosing the Right Path 

One year ago, I stood at a crossroads in my career. I had received two job offers from reputable companies, each promising a unique journey ahead. It was a decision that would significantly shape my professional future. After careful consideration I ultimately chose distriBind as my destination. 

While it wasn't an easy decision, there were several compelling reasons that led me to choose distriBind over the other opportunities. The company's reputation for excellence and its commitment to nurturing talent played a pivotal role in my decision-making process. I knew that joining distriBind would not only be a step forward in my career but also a chance to grow as a professional. 

With distriBind: A Year of Growth and Fulfilment 

Fast forward one year, and I can confidently say that choosing distriBind was one of the best decisions I've made in my career.  

My first day at distriBind brimmed with excitement and anticipation. As a Power BI Developer, I was ready to dive into the world of data analysis and visualisation. However, what I encountered here went beyond my expectations. 

My journey with distriBind has been nothing short of incredible. Here are some of the highlights that have made this past year so memorable:

Expanded Horizons: I was fortunate to receive opportunities to diversify my skill set by working on a range of projects beyond Power BI. These included SQL development and data engineering initiatives, broadening my expertise and enriching my overall professional experience. 

Promotion: Senior Power BI Developer 

As my journey with distriBind progressed, I achieved a significant milestone in my career. After demonstrating my dedication, skills, and contributions, I was promoted to Senior Power BI Developer. It was a testament to the company's commitment to nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth. This promotion not only validated my hard work but also affirmed their belief in my ability to excel in the field. It was a milestone that marked the culmination of a year filled with learning, challenges, and achievements, and I'm excited to continue making a meaningful impact in my role as a Senior Power BI Developer.
